We’re Building a New Tournament Management Platform

Over the past few years, we’ve organized a variety of tournaments using different tools, spreadsheets, and apps. While each solution had its strengths, none offered everything we needed—especially when it came to flexibility, advanced formats, and keeping players engaged.

So we decided to build our own platform.

Our goal is to create a system that makes tournament organization easier, supports complex formats like Swiss systems across different sports and esports, and remains highly customizable and affordable for clubs, organizers, and communities of any size.

We’ve already started working on the core modules, including:

• Player and team management
• Advanced pairing algorithms
• Online player registration
• Result submission
• Live results and standings

More features will follow soon as we continue to shape a platform that reflects real tournament needs, not just a generic template.

We also want to build a space where players can connect, follow events, and become part of a community—not just participants on a bracket.
